Mid-Semester Test! WHOOO BOO!!

So today we had a mid-semester test for my bio tutorial. The basic structure of it was that it was a 25 multiple choice questionnaire with 40 minutes to complete. Sounds easy ey?
Well... it wasn't! ><"

WORSE test EVER!!
I literally walked in wanting to wing the multiple choice test with my eyes going (0.0) when I read the questions! Funnily, I thought it was only worth 5% but everyone else said its worth 10% (0.0)

Time to hibernate and study!
I have half a semester left before the mid-year exams, gotta go well to stay in this class!!

University?

Wow...

After the 13 years of toiling through school... School is about to start again >.<"
But this time it's called... UNIVERSITY!!

Making it into The University of Melbourne under the course Biomedicine means that from now on I got to work my arse off to keep up with everyone else in this class of 491 students. Let's hope I can do well enough to graduate after these next three years and can be able to find an aim for me afterwards then. Which at the moment I believe is simply further study >.<" The only bad bit is that the Family has been broken up now =( and I literally know NO ONE in who is also in my course ><". Got to make new friends all over again *sigh*

Let's see where life will take us now!

Good Luck to Me!

Dromana

MOST AWESOME EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Went down to Dromana with bros Reddy, Tuk, Jonno and... THE BLITZ xD for the weekend, starting from Friday till Sunday. It was kind of like... an out of school camp! We stayed at Reddy's aunt's house, which is like a five minute walk away from the beach there. Even though we were near the beach we only went there once. The other days we went.. mini gold, Rye, Rosebud, and of course ultimately... complete Blitz's CHALLENGE! xD

It was an awesome weekend away from home, and... well...

What happens in Dromana... STAYS in Dromana!

xD

Christmas, Boxing Day, Souvenirs, NEW YEAR!

The past few weeks have been pretty decent...
Starting from our family Christmas party on Christmas Eve.
The family Christmas party was great! Of course there was minor confusions with the extra people who were present at our party as well (like my mum's employee and two kids she brought too), but nonetheless it was still fun! The presents that were given and received that night were all AMAZING! I received this white jacket from Casual Guy from my parents and these Rayban Aviators from my cousin as a KK present. That just made my night =D

On towards from Christmas Eve to Christmas Day! Christmas Day was spent... different to the years pass. This year I was actually alone as everyone in my family was busy. In the morning I went to Heolin's place to drop some things off and pick some things up. We had a short chat, but sadly.. despite the fact that its a Publicly acknowledged important day of the year, it felt more like just a random day throughout the year with nothing significant. Such a waste of time.
From there I wanted to waste time, so went to Eira's to spend Christmas there with him :) We spent the day being kids again =D Playing on the Nintendo Wii, Card games, and well... just chatting and talking on life.
Christmas this year was not as good as I hoped.. But thanks to Eira for spending it with me :)

Boxing Day! The greatest shopping day of the year! This year exceeded all my expectations. No sister to go with. No girlfriend to go with. No female of any sort to go with. On the other hand, I went with three bros (Reddy, Jonno and Tuk). We travelled to Melbourne Central, and it was an EPIC! AMAZING! MADDOG! day =D The shops we went to that we actually came out conquering items purchased were:
- Armani Exchange (Up to 70% in store with Tuk going CRAZY!)
- Industrie (Went in at least 3 times, and most of our clothes were bought from here, as a collective)
- yd. (Jonno's "new jeans" xD)
- Marcs ($29 shoes!)
- Vans and Hype DC (Vans for those three!)
- Rampage (Cheap shirts for Armani lover)
- Roger David (Random Vest for Jonno)
I'm not sure if I forgot any other stores, but that should be it.
To conclude... GREAT DAY!

Jie and Bro-in-law also returned from their trip to Malaysia... and Check out what I got! =D
the WHOLE collection of Gatsby Rubber! EPIC!! xD
And also... This pair of Emporio Armani aviators =]
And.... WHAT?! Facebook flip-flops?! =P

And yesterday... Kick back at Reddy's place was 'fun' for most of the people who went =] I was just fried today, and I was just out of it! The main aim of today was for people to transfer videos and files from each other's hard drive into their own. Gbs and Gbs were transferred! Taking hours to do! This kick back was just a simple catch up, and the best joke of the day:
Libro: "The wall doesn't look purple, it looks more blue-ish"
Reddy: "Nah, it is purple! It's called Whipped Violet."
Thangstahh: "What you say?!"
Reddy: "Yeah, it's called.... Oh shit!"
xD
NICE REDDY! ;D

I want to also officially announce that Captain Mark is forever now... the BLITZ!!

Spent the 30th moving houses for Jie, and well... it was tiring as! Small little house with furniture that suits a much bigger house! I have no idea how it all fit in there.. but MAJOR CRAMP!

New Years....
*sigh* nothing special at all... Except the fact that I may have started a new tradition where you sleep through New Years despite any relations you have with anyone else in the world.. Yeah that sounds cool... I guess.. Oh well, life's life. Not everything goes as planned, just deal with it =]

Short log based on two people I know (even though they didn't have this exact convo... its what would've happened if they did) ----
Man #1: Man New Year SUCKED!
Man #2: Nah.. Mine was WORSE!
I'm 17 so I couldn't drink with anyone, I had to spend it with my family cause my friends were busy, and I don't have a gf to get a New Year's Kiss.
Man #1: I'm 18 and still couldn't drink with anyone, I DIDN'T have families OR friends to spend it with, and I DO have a gf but still didn't get a New Year's Kiss...
Man #2: *speechless*

Bludging 24/7

So people constantly ask "so what are you doing now?" because really, they themselves don't know what they should do too. My answer at most times is simply...  Bludging. Cause this word is so broad that it includes everything from surfing the net, to watching and movie, and even just taking a nap. Pretty much it is a word that allows a lazy man not only answer the question put in front of him, but also just a short quick answer with nothing extra needed to be added into developing the conversation.

Such a great word =)

So what of it?

Yah? At last the Victorian students who have studied for 13 years of their lives receives that number. That one insignificant number which is suppose to govern their future. *shrug* All I know is that the stress that people have built up until now is over! Congrats everyone =D
We have OFFICIALLY left high school and all its attachments!! :)

Now... to the real world! A place where this number doesn't make a damn difference in life. Where connections and your own motivation to work will govern your future prospects. Where you choose between social life or work life. Where you will truly live.

So what has been going on the past few days? Hrmm.. Going out, party, and shopping =P Shopping for Christmas presents (despite its sucking nature) is actually fun =D Going out with the people you care about [or that one specific person ;)] does nothing more than satisfy our love for companionship, and a way to get closer with such people. Party... the recently passed Reddy's 18th birthday was... EPIC!!

Going to a bros birthday always means work, lol, so what did I do? Well, I brought my foosball table over to his place, and picked up the sushi for him. The funny thing is that I had to cut the sushi for him too (0.o) Oh well... It was fun =) And his birthday video... nice ;) Especially the part where the song and "certain photo" popped up... Oh you guys know what I mean ;D
And then... To finish the night off in a happy mood....
WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN !!! xD
It must be the power of the Birthday spirit and wishes!
So many similarities that it seems freaky now =s

We can all drop this number and continue on with a life of fun and awesomeness! =D

The excitement in the Family's eyes and face when they saw the Hummer Limo... the joy that they had riding in it! The photo taking galore at the Formal! Continuing into the crazy night at the after party xD (namely just 2 guys and 1 girl ;D) That one night left great memories in the mind and hearts of everyone =]

On wards, all the other days have pretty much just been getting ready for the graduation last night, and bludging around! During this time, did some house moving, catching up with a great classmate who ive known since yr7, and has a strong bond with ;) Presents shopping, and of course spending time with... someone amazing (including the Summerbeatz concert) ;D

And the outing I've ALWAYS DREAMED OFF came TRUE!! :D
I dreamed of having the WHOLE FAMILY out of school together, at least once! And well... It HAPPENED!! =D =D =D

OH RIGHT!!! VCE CONQUERED!! =D

AWESOME!! VCE is finally over! =] Not only that, but just came back from our final year 12 camp ever. It's sad to see that everything is over and that it is time to say goodbye to everything I've known for the past few years =( But, without loss there is no space for improvements... So let's hope that life goes well from here on outwards =D

So many AMAZING things happened since the end of VCE =D =D =D =D =D Lol, all you bros and the family know why I'm smiling so much ;)
This is just... "WHOO HOO!!" (quote our woo girl Libro xD)

TSSM Chem =(

Today I spent the day in the city with Libro and Heolin at a TSSM Chemistry Unit 4 seminar. Indefinitely I learnt something, but it was done in a period of... not 3... not 6... but 9 HOURS!! ><" The hours spent listening to the teacher was okay with no problem, however he made us do work (o.0) I would have definitely preferred that he just talked and told us what we should know than make us work! Like maybe HOW we should do a question, instead of DO the question =(

Out of the complaining, the past week since then was pretty good. Went to a few different places, and actually did some studying here and there *Nod* Driving is actually pretty fun, and undoubtedly, the best term holidays I've ever had in my life! Not just because I turned 18, but also because.. A lot of new things have happened throughout these two weeks, a lot has changed and a few new experiences have occurred. The simplest of all these, is that I'm actually reading a BOOK! Not ANY BOOK! But one that has economics in it ><'' (courtesy of the Girls of The Family :D) Can't wait to see what else the world has installed for me, but all I know is that after the exams are over, not only will I be free of studies and school, but I'm also going to... take a few more steps in life, have something new in my life :)

I pray that IT all goes well =]
Just a few more weeks left, after exams, its time!

Driving on P's to Despicable Me =P

Whoo Hoo!!
First Day driving, and... pretty proud that I'm still alive =D

Waking up early in the morning, first thing I did was went out to fill up petrol (expecting to drive people around today, and dont want the car to just.. stop) I had breakkie at Wg's "Jamaica Blue" Cafe, just to kick off and celebrate the new P plate driving experience =) From there I went movies with Reddy, Libro and Heolin to watch Despicable Me (shown below) It was a surprisingly good movie!
From there we bumped into Triple Jay, and had lunch at Grill'd. After that I slowly took everyone (other than Reddy, cause he had other plans) home. Pretty fun driving around *nod* Found out where Triple Jay lived too =D WIN for me ;)
But seriously, LOL at everyone's different reactions to sitting in my car xD
Libro: Shitting herself cause she believes I'm an "unsafe" driver
Triple Jay: Too relaxed, trusting me TOO much
Heolin: "DRIVE SLOWLY!" SO have a guess =P

Probationary License Test (aka P's Test).... CONQUERED!!

DAMN RIGHT!
Time to stop driving on my yellow L plates and time to be on my red P's!

Past with great luck given by so many different people important to me, and yeah!
Let's hope I'm a safe driver =P

The 18th Birthday Party

"WOOOOO!!"
quote a "Wooo Girl" friend of mine =]

The 18th of September in 2010 was an awesome night! Not going to call it the BEST part-AY! of the YEAR! But definitely a runner up! This was the night that I celebrated my 18th birthday with none other than my friends. The turn up of the night was just.. "AMAZING!" (quote Reddy). Got EVERYONE (as in group wise) there! Got my Bros, My Family, Gilsoners, Tutor friends, Ex-Gilsoners, a few Holy Eucharist peeps, and such. A party starting from 7 situating at my house ran successfully with no problems (other than a puke or two, which was kinda expected).

Well yeah, there ain't much to say except:

SOME PEOPLE ATE!
SOME PEOPLE SANG!
SOME PEOPLE DRANK!
MOST PEOPLE LAUGHED!
MOST PEOPLE DANCED!
EVERYONE HAD FUN!

Once again, I want to thank everyone for their attendance and those who helped me out (from small things like moving chairs, to decorations, even to making cakes!), THANKS GUYS!! The presents I received were just... *mind explodes* MIND BLOWING! =) I can tell that at least a bit of thought was put into it, and it is all well appreciated =)
I know that this is corny and I've said it a few times in my past few posts but:

Love you all!
Thanks for coming!
Thanks for EVERYTHING!
=]

The PARTY!!
My BROS! (Bros 4 Life!)
Our Family's Girls... and ME! =D
Holy Eucharist Peeps!
Tutor Boys!
Girls and.... ME! xD
Nice...

MY BIRTHDAY!! =D

The legal age of 18 has come upon me!

What's there to say? Hrmm... Definitely I can't feel much of a difference, but who knows... Maybe its a slow process. There is nothing better than spending my 18th bday with my friends (despite not all of them were at school), it was great to see most of them. Another year gone pass, not knowing when life will end, and living life to the fullest when ever I get the chance, life just seems to be well spent! (at least for the past year). Compared to my last birthday (http://thangstahh-world.blogspot.com/2009/09/camp-was-awesome.html) at camp, the quality this year far exceeds last year. This is not because of any presents or timing that are modifying factors; however, it is because I became closer to all my friends during this time. The larger range of things to reflect on this year is definitely more than last year's, and there's just.. just more to thank for.

I know she hates this, but for advertisement purposes (http://sugarcoatedsmiles.tumblr.com/), this AWESOME (;D) friend of mine posted a blog post about me, its so touching *sobs*. It's because of small things like these that makes this year's birthday, that much better than last year's.

I haven't received all my birthday gifts, but from the ones I already received, all I can say is... "WOW!"

I LOVE YOU ALL!! =D
and THANKS FOR ALL THE B'DAY WISHES!

Final moment of childhood...

Hey EVERYONE!

Can't believe it! Waited so long, and the time has finally come! In a few short hours I'll be *shivers* an adult! It use to sound cool back then when I was younger, but I see no point in being too excited or too depressed about it now, it's just another number. How I see it, is that life will go on no matter what, and hey, maybe something good will come out of this.

The first presents I received for my big 18th bday, is from nonetheless my awesome and beloved buddy =D Telling me to close my eyes while sitting at Max Brenner a few hours ago, I could tell something was going on. The smell of matches, the sound of a lighter, and the sight of a shifty buddy can only mean one thing: my birthday is about to have its first celebration. The opening of my eyes saw a buddy with a big smile, and a cake. A full chocolate cake with the number '18' sticking out of the top as candles. I was told to make a wish and to blow out the candles. My birthday wish was to.... rather not tell incase it won't happen ;D And well, listening to the story of this 'cake expedition', this buddy of mine was SUCH A NICE friend, that when she lit the candles while my eyes were closed, the candles were blown out FOR me xD Some strangers with a lighter came by to save the day, and aided in the lighting of the cake. There is nothing wrong with the cake, except the fact that I am pressured to completely devour it all by myself. Here is a picture of how failed my attempts are at eating the 'whole cake':

After the cake, comes the presents! I received something supposedly known as the "first half" of my present this night. I opened the first one while my buddy was still around, because my reaction is something that is supposedly valuable to see. The first box contained a jar with little quotations and stars inside it. These quotations can simply and basically summarise all the great, bad, fun, happy, sad, and humorous experiences us two have have together. It is truly a prized possession.

On top of the jar of memories and cake mentioned above, I also have this final wrapped present. I have no idea what it is yet, because I can't open it till midnight, but the shape of it is pretty much giving away what it can be. However, I will do as I promised and was told, and wait till midnight before I'll open it.

I'd just like to say:

THANKS BUDDY!!
I dearly love the jar of memories, and this night! I'll never forget it!
=]

To all my other friends and family:
Good Luck top-ing that xDD

God Experience? Why Not?

Dear Blog,
Ok.. that's weird enough, let's just stick with the normal un-formal typing method, lol.

Well on Saturday night I went to the annual Youth Alive Victoria! It was AWESOME!!
For those who don't know what it is, it is basically kind of like an annual Christian concert like thing, except with a preacher speaking out words of wisdom and is a time to praise God. This year was extra good, because I had my first ever God Experience! WHOO HOO!!

Not getting into too much detail - it was basically just that I was chatting with a friend about something I've been thinking about, and he told me to go for it (as in to follow what I think I should do), pray for it, and set a deadline with God when praying. I listened and did as he said, I prayed for someone else other than this friend of mine to tell me to 'go for it' and act upon this 'thing'. On the night of Youth Alive, I went in not expecting anything too special. Half way through the night, I prayed a prayer about this 'thing' that I've been thinking about. I gave God the Father the deadline of that night. Fair enough, as the preacher, Reggie, began to speak (Note: speakers usually talk about something random before their actual sermon; as a build up), he spoke about this exact 'thing' that I was thinking of! It felt as thought he was ordering me specifically to act upon my thoughts! The moment I realised that he was mentioning it, my mind just blew! (similarly to "WTH?! NO WAY!"). I felt as though God was going through Reggie to speak to me!

You know the term 'bottom of my heart' ? Well, I literally felt the BOTTOM OF MY HEART! It is the most amazing feeling you'll ever get in your life. It is un-describable!

And well, yeah, that was my experience =D

Btw, just some minor advertisements for my beloved sister and bro-in-law:

MY FAMILY!

A picture of the family (without McBeth) when the whole family was celebrating J.K.Cee (or mum)'s birthday yesterday at school. Look how loving we are xD

Everyone showed their most loving side this day to our "mum" on her bday, which in some weird reason made "dad" cry too. Maybe it was just the father's day card that we gave him. A great and memorable experience for all of us; J.K.Cee's speeches were just... too touching!
